    EWA Group is uniquely poised to efficiently manage the customs clearance of all allowed goods being imported into and exported out of Egypt via sea, air and land to support logistics requirements.
    We provide optimal worry-free customs clearance & delivery support by assigning experienced team, in the right location, at the right time, with all the necessary resources and to complete this on time. With these arrangements, the client will:
    ▪ Have an experience team of Customs and Logistics professionals at their service
    ▪ Have onsite personnel at each key location of the Customs process
    ▪ Have the appropriate support systems and infrastructure in place
    ▪ Have system redundancies built in to handle all contingencies

    Port Operations

    Port Operations Services being offered pertains to the physical handling of activities carried out in the port or onboard the vessel covering the following activities but not limited to:
    ▪ Registration of vessel with port
    ▪ Onboard agency representation and planning with the Master (Boarding Representative)
    ▪ Processing of Inward and Outward Clearance of the vessel
    ▪ Processing of Customs Clearance
    ▪ Sign on / off formalities with immigration office at the seaport
    ▪ Processing of crew / personnel with Immigration for embarking / disembarking
    ▪ Processing of vessel’s Navigation License with port authorities
    ▪ Onboard Cargo load / discharge supervision
    ▪ Arrangement of stevedoring and cargo handling equipment
    ▪ Others

    ▪ Hotel accommodations
